Our trainers and consultants have many years of implementation experience in many different industries. Members of the team typically  have held leading positions in manufacturing and management prior to joining us.

Flow Manufacturing technology is applicable to all types of industries, products and processes.Leonardo Group Americas provides both a common, structured implementation framework and an individualized program, tailored to the clients specific environment. Our educational programs include all aspects of Flow and Lean Manufacturing, from basic theory to comprehensive workshops to employee training on the factory floor.

Projects can be offered on a fixed cost basis, or in part on benefits achieved by the customer. Projects are structured so that they can be completed in a time-frame of 100 days or less.
