For several years now Leonardo Group Americas have been leading Mixed Model Line Design and Lean Material workshops at Toyota Material Handling in Columbus, Indiana. We love working with them. They have an excellent training facility as well as what we consider to be one of the best examples of Lean material replenishment in the country.
It turns out we weren’t the only ones who noticed. Recently, Assembly Magazine’s Austin Weber attended one of our Lean Material Management courses in Columbus to conduct research for an article he was writing on Toyota Material Handling.
