There are dozens of YouTube videos with instructions on how to make face masks. Some try to approach surgical or N95 quality, while others are intended for individual use. The number of styles and designs is amazing.
But what if you wanted to make dozens or thousands of these masks? Sure, you could plant yourself at your sewing machine and make them one at a time. If you had enough help you could make a lot of them. But is that the way that a manufacturing company would go about it? Spoiler alert, the answer is no.
